Today I’m taking orders, doing special events, and I love every minute of it. It’s truly a hobby gone wild!

the baker and owner of Biscotti Mornings, based in the beautiful town of Minden, Nevada. After retiring, I finally had the time to fully explore my love of baking—something I had been doing for years for family and friends. Their encouragement inspired me to take the next step. Two years ago, I applied for my cottage food license and began sharing my biscotti with the wider community.
